Shipping Cost
We charge a flat, discounted shipping fee of $6.76 for all domestic orders under $79. Orders over $79 ship for free!
Timeline
We process most orders within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order has been processed, we will email you a USPS tracking number. At that point, your order should arrive within 4 to 8 more business days.
Exchanges
Size exchanges for apparel from us to you are 100% FREE! The exchange must be postmarked within 30 days from the day you received your order.
We do not pay for return shipping labels on exchanges. However, we do pay for the shipping when we send the item back to you!
Only one exchange per item per order will be accepted.

Returns
Our return policy period lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the day you received your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. The return must be postmarked before the 30 day period ends or the return will not be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed or dirty will not be exchanged or refunded.
Shipping costs are non refundable.

Please note:
All exchanges and returns must arrive in the original, unworn/unwashed condition. We reserve the right to deny exchanges and returns that have been worn, washed, smell of smoke or perfume, have pet hair, etc.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us along with a picture of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you with your inquiry.
Shipping Error
We process all orders by hand so mistakes do happen on occasion. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us along with a picture of the incorrect item within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label. At that point, to get the corrected item out to you as soon as possible, you can place an all new order for the correct item. When we receive the incorrect item, we will issue you a full refund.
Cancellations / Modifications
If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to intercept the order before it is shipped, however, we do not guarantee we will be able to do so.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. The following products are considered final sale: Canvas Art, Mystery Bundles, Mystery Shirts, wooden crosses, wholesale orders, clearance sale items, free items, bonus items discounted 50% or more.
FOR: Canvases
Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our canvas products are made-to-order, we do not exchange or refund canvas items unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:
- Significantly different from the description or sample shown to you
- Not what you ordered
We will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product.
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Please review your shipping information before submitting your order. After that, please also review your order in email confirmation to make sure that you checkout with the right item!
